Netgear C7100V cannot connect to Dish Hopper

To build on an old cancelled post, my dish hopper recognizes the internet via WiFi but it does not allow Netflix or VOD. The old post found a work around being connecting the hopper through an Ethernet wire. I cannot do that based on where my gear is placed. Therefore, I need to figure out how to configure the router so as to allow dish to access it via WiFi.
