Netgear CM1000 No power light but all lights except upstream light orange and upstream light red

The model is I believe a CM1000v2

And this I guessed maybe this is a code? (maybe red is 0 or 1 and amber is 1 or 0?)

So, I guessed that maybe it was a error code 1011 or 0100??

I am trying to use it with with my Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 R6700v3

I tried the 15 second RESET button trick, but no luck.

Can anyone help me here??? If not I will buy another different modem I guess.

    Is this with the ISP coax cable disconnected from the modem? 

    Try a different power supply that has same volts and amps?

      No, everything is original except no ISP is connected yet. The power adapter and everything is the same.

        Disconnect the ISP coax cable then factory reset the modem.

        Try a different power supply that has same volts and amps...
