Netgear CM400 Modem Worked with Spectrum now won't work with WOW

I used a CM400-1AZNAS modem with Sprectrum. I have switched to WOW. The Wow technician said that the modem seems to have gotten an update from Sprectrum that keeps it from working on WOW. A factory reset was performed mutliple times, but did not resolve the issue. 

Is there any way to correct this? I spoke with Spectrum and they told me to speak with Netgear.
