Netgear N300 can't find router

Hi,

I am unable to find my internet router when on my laptop or phone. So i cant access routerlogin.net. The interent works when I plug it directly into my laptop but cant be found when it is put into the router. I have turn it off and on mutiple times and also my devices. 

Any info would be great
