Thanks for reply.
There is no WAN port on C7000, so I tried to like this ,
1Gig Fiber cable -> Centurylink modem router (ZyXEL C3000Z) WAN
Centurylink modem router (ZyXEL C3000Z) LAN to C7000 LAN
C7000 LAN to my mac
Then speed around ~250.
I will be happy If I get WIFI around ~250.
If i am not doing, Please redirect me to correct direction!

the C7000 doesn't support router only mode. It is a modem/router combo device. You can disable the router aspect of it to function as a modem. Not the other way around.

It doesn't mean you'll get the performance of a router only if you get it working. Its just a way to maybe make it function decently and without a double nat situation.
