Netgear voice cable modem CM500V

Deco M9 Plus AC2200 Home Mesh Wifi system

 

We have a problem with being blacklisted using one of our email addresses, and have trouble now sending messages out.. 

 

We have gotten a lot of advice

We have tried the "delisting request, but that did not work...

We have been told to contact our internet provider, Xfinity, and they could do it on their end...by assigning a new IP address, or by getting us a static IP... 

 

However since we have our own modem, they could not do help us in that way...

 

Can we do anything to change our IP address on our current modem, or get a static IP (and if so, how..) or do I need to buy a new modem, or go back to an Xfinity rental modem ?

    Can you send with a PC directly connected to the modem? 


    Try leaving the modem OFF over night. 

     

    Contact the emai service provider on help and information regarding this. 

    Check with the emai program Mfr as well.

      It does not appear that I can directly connect our MAC (not PC) to the modem... There is a cable input and Ethernet output to the mesh wifi booster... and 2 phone jacks...

       

      We could try turning off modem overnight...

        and we have spent hours with the email provider (Titan) and these were their suggestions after many back and forths...
