Network disappeared

I tried moving my modem/router and after hooking it up the networks disappeared.
The modem lights show it’s on and connected to the internet but none of our devices are seeing the network. I’ve tried resetting, power cycle, cursing, etc. nothing works. Help please……

    Like FURRYe38 says, what actual model device/devices do you have? 

    thats kind of key. 

    Do wired devices work? 

    is it just wireless devices that can't connect? 

    Did the wifi on/off button get hit? push and hold it for 2 seconds. 

     

    There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
    Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
    Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
    Its a great resource to start with.

      Is there a wifi button on your modem/router that you might have accidently pressed to turn the wifi off? I think maybe that's what could have happened.

      It’s the c6300v2. Cable modem
      Nothing shows up under WiFi on all devices
      I’ve tried everything. Even did the factory reset. Is it possible I accidentally hid our network?

        that model has a hardware on/off button for the led. the manual shows it. 

        Even a factory reset won't work if the hardware button was hit. You need to push and hold it for 2 seconds
