Networking newbie. Ubee (TWC) vs NETGEAR

Hey group, so I am a total amateur in networking. I have a UBEE modem/router from TWC and we have problems with WIFI connecting and streaming sometimes. Also, I have a travel trailer thats about 35' away from the UBEE and dont get a signal enough to run anything. I think its because my house wiring box is between the two causing problems but not sure. I am thinking that the UBEE is junk basically and looking at upgrading to some netgear products. The two Im looking at is the Nighthawk X6 AC3200 which Im hoping will give better range into my camper and the Netgear cable modem 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1. Just the ones I picked from reading. Will these solve my problems that Im experiencing with the UBEE or would I be wasting money? We only run a smart TV, laptop, tablet, and smartphones so not a ton of electronics. Thanks for any help!

For sure the Nighthawk will have better performance but its hard to say if it will reach the area you need it to as everyone's environment is different and some things such as metal and appliances can mess with wifi signal.
