No wifi singal produced

Recently called the internet provider, and my modem is showing that we have internet.  However there is not wifi signal being produced, I tried turning the wifi and device on and off, still nothing.  I tried logging in to the device but was told that I can't because I am not connected to the devices wifi, even though I am using a hard line.

        Please make sure to call them and say REMOVE NO WIFI CODE off your account.

         

        they are forcefully doing this to convert your device to modem-only mode.
