Packet loss and reduced throughput on CG3000Dv2

I have a N450 CG3000Dv2 with 3.01.06 and having packet loss and speed degradation over time using Spectrum (formerly TimeWarner).

Upon factory reset I ran the following tests without any devices but my speedtest laptop connected:

I get the following initial up and download speeds:  60.90mbps / 5.92mbps

20 mintues later: 40.02/5.80

20 more minutes later:  8.94/5.01

Immediately reset the modem I go back to 54.76/5.80.

Clearly over time the CG3000Dv2 is not managing sessions correctly; and there doesn't appear to be any firmware updates for this modem

    Hello clsimmon01

I would also check with your ISP see if the levels are correct and the SNR is right.
