Parental Controls not working on Netgear C3700

Question

Good day.&nbsp; I just happen to be checking on my router and discovered my parental controls are no longer working.&nbsp; I am hoping there is a hotfix versus me going out and purchasing another router.&nbsp; Thank you in advance.&nbsp; Please see my information below:

Router model:&nbsp; C3700
Firmware: V2.02.21
Hardware version: C279T00-01
DNS:&nbsp; 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220
Netgear Genie version:&nbsp; 2.4.58
Live Parental Controls:&nbsp; enabled
Filtering level:&nbsp; Moderate
OpenDNS account:&nbsp; Created via Netgear Genie and active

Can you give some more detail on what you have tried to do and what is not working with them?

Good day and thank you for responding to my post.&nbsp; I have reset the router.&nbsp; Verified I have the latest firmware on the router.&nbsp; Uninstalled and reinstalled the Netgear Genie app. I read in a thread that parental controls do not work with Wireless AP on.&nbsp; I followed the steps in the thread but was unable to disable the Wireless AP per instructions given.&nbsp; Could be due to the fact it was an old thread.&nbsp; I deleted my OpenDNS account and recreated via Netgear Genie.&nbsp; I then went into OpenDNS and added my home network to the account and verified IP addresses.&nbsp; I changed parental control settings in Netgear Genie from moderate to high and waited 5 minutes.&nbsp; I could still access porn sites.&nbsp; I went to OpenDNS and made parental control setting changes.&nbsp; I waited 5 minutes and also pushed changes via the OpenDNS agent.&nbsp; Status unchanged.&nbsp; I can still access porn sites.&nbsp; These are the steps I have taken thus far.&nbsp; Thank you.

[...]&nbsp;&nbsp; Could be that it didn't apply to a cable-TV modem+router like yours. But, with my weak psychic powers, I have no idea what this "a thread"actually said, or what you actually did.

For your info, a thread is an email exchange like this one.&nbsp; There is no need to share what the thread said because one, it did not work and two, it was an old thread (post) as I mentioned. Thank you
