Please help with latency/Speed issues

First off I would like to mention the Modem and Router and ISP I have.

Modem : CM500-100 NA S

Router : R6250

ISP : Comcast 150 Mbps

I am having troubles with my speeds

I have my phone connected to a 5ghz WI-Fi Connection and I get 177 Mbps

My playstation is connected via Ethernet and I only get around 40-60 Mbps, which to me is wierd because I figured that with a ethernet connection it should be around the same as my 5ghz wifi connection

My laptop/TV etc are connected to the router via 2.4ghz Connection and only receiving 28-30 Mbps, which to me is significantly slow considering my wifi 5ghz is around 177 Mbps and i am paying for top speeds of around 150 Mbps.

Can anyone explain why these speeds are so inconsistent with eachother?

Is there any kind of tweaking I can do to my router/Modem settings to have better and more optimal performance?

    Hello sxillz

You may want to disable the Qos settings if they are turned on which are located under advanced then setup then Qos with that much bandwidth the Qos could be hurting performance instead of helping.
