Possible hardware malfunction with cm1100
Power went out briefly and came back on this morning. Internet did not kick back on. Check router and it’s only displaying 2 Amber LED’s (LAN). Power button and all other LED’s are off. I attempted to restart and have tried plugging the router into another outlet and am getting nothing. All the other electronics connected to the same surge protector seem to be fine. Is it possible the unit is fried?
I would guess so. Modem seems non recoverable.
Will need to be replaced I guess.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem? Can you access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1 with a wired PC and web browser with out the router connected?
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

https://www.duckware.com/tech/solving-intermittent-cable-modem-issues.htmlThe CM modem is only a modem. Not a router here.
- saqerAspirantI am unable to get to log into the router console and view the connection status page either by directly connecting the cable into my laptop from the router or accessing the page through Wifi. I attempted to power it off for a couple of minutes. All I see are these two ember LED’s even with the modem being powered on.

That's with nothing connected to the modem and no ISP coax connected?
Press the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release...
Might try a different power supply with same volts and amps if you can.
