Problem with both PS5's in the house

Experiencing the same problem with both PS5's in the house.&nbsp; The only difference was changing to this router.&nbsp;

What problem are you seeing with the game consoles?&nbsp;
Are they wireless or ethernet connected? Ethernet is preferred.&nbsp;

Thanks for replying. I discovered the router had blocked both PS5s even tho’ the login and p/w hadn’t changed from the previous router. &nbsp;I simply unblocked those PS5s in the Nighthawk app. &nbsp;
