Problems connecting to comcast

So I recently got a problem with my Netgear CG3000Dv2 N450 Router. I've had the router for over 3 months now and haven't had a problem with it until 3 days ago. The router works and all the lights are on, but when I connnect to it wirelessly, It brings me to an Xfinity activation page for the router. I've called Xfinity customer support about 3 times now and she scheduled an appointment with a technician and he didn't show up. I scheduled another appointment tomorrow, but I thought,I might see if anyone here knows why the router isn't working.

    Since you specifically mentioned wireless connections does that mean that you don’t have issues with wired connections to the router?

        1. Clear your browser cache

        2. Activate the router one time and see if re-appears.

        3. Call comcast and provide the MAC to make sure MAC is actually on your account and you dont have 2 modems online with same account.
