QOS not showing C3000

Hello I'm trying to enable qos on my router/modem. It is the C3000-100NAS. I believe I have the most current firmware on it. (2.02.17). It also has netgear Genie on it. From what I've found on the internet it seems I'm supposed to go to Advanced -> setup - > and then QOS setup should be under there. But it's not there. I've also tried looking underneath other tabs. Thank you for the help.

    none of the NTGR modem Routers have QoS features as of today.
