I have the same issue. When trying to authenticate to the web service (on the router), it forces a reauthentication. Eventually, it asks for the serial number to reset the pw. Even after doing that, it still has the same issue. I've rebooted multiple times, verified the password is correct etc, etc...
No idea what the issue is.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What browser are you using? Try a different browser, MS Edge, Firefox or Opera.
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before navigating to the modems web page.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

have you made sure the password meets these requirements?
10 characters with at least:
1 special character
1 upper case
1 lower case
1 number

How can you backup the config if you can't log into the web interface? (hence the issue we are having).
