Roku 2 Won't Retrieve Some MP4 Files From ReadyShare Network Drive

Question

My new Roku 2's Media Player will not retrieve and play some MP4 files from the WD Elements hard drive connected as a ReadyShare drive to my Netgear EX6300. Many MP4 and MKV files load and play just fine from the ReadyShare drive, but certain ones hang at about 10% on the "retrieving" screen and never load. I put an MP4 file that would not retrieve via the router on a USB thumb drive and plugged it directly into the Roku, and it retrieved and played perfectly. What could be going on?

Is that file bigger than the others? also try to move the file to a different folder on the drive could just be a strange issue.

Other larger files stream OK. I don't see how putting it into another folder would do any good.
