Hi to everybody! I have C3000-100NAS and couple days ago I bought external harddrive. I would to to use ReadyShare in my appartment and give access to some folder to my friends. For internal using in local network without password protection everything works fine. But as soon I add password protection to my share folders then I can't get acces to this folder. I have win10 home on my laptop and pc. Both said "Access is diened." Does somebody has similar issue? Thanks in advance!3.4KViews0likes2Commentsusing robocopy to copy files to readyshare recopies files that haven't changed
When using robocopy to copy files to readyshare exposed storage, ntfs formated volume, it recopies files that haven't changed vs doing what you expect which is to skip over recopying ones that have not changed.Solved2.8KViews0likes1CommentC6300 Readyshare doesn't show hard drives
Tried connecting over 10 different USB hard drives and none would show up on the Readyshare USB list either through the routherlogin.net or through the \\readyshare on network. I then read manual and it claims there's only about 6 compatible USB devices. I went out and bought the WD 2TB Elements on the list, plugged it in and same thing...nothing shows up. I tried then formatting drive, it was already in NTFS, but formatted it and still nothing. I've gone into advanced settings on Readyshare and checked everything, I even tried going into advanced settings and approved devices, but no devices show up on that page either. What else can I do to recognize this device?2.7KViews0likes1CommentRoku 2 Won't Retrieve Some MP4 Files From ReadyShare Network Drive
My new Roku 2's Media Player will not retrieve and play some MP4 files from the WD Elements hard drive connected as a ReadyShare drive to my Netgear EX6300. Many MP4 and MKV files load and play just fine from the ReadyShare drive, but certain ones hang at about 10% on the "retrieving" screen and never load. I put an MP4 file that would not retrieve via the router on a USB thumb drive and plugged it directly into the Roku, and it retrieved and played perfectly. What could be going on?3.6KViews0likes3Comments
