using robocopy to copy files to readyshare recopies files that haven't changed

When using robocopy to copy files to readyshare exposed storage, ntfs formated volume, it recopies files that haven't changed vs doing what you expect which is to skip over recopying ones that have not changed.

. . . and just found this community post [ https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-to-ReadyNAS/Robocopy/m-p/553119#M194 ] in the readyNas network storage section that talks about robocopy /fft switch that addresses this issue for me.  It would appear that netgear readyshare smb service, at least on the c6300 running spectrum[/twc] approaved firmware version v2.01.14, is storing files with fat file system 2 second granularity even in case where attached usb drive is formated with an ntfs file system.
