ROUTER ACCT LOGIN FUSTRATION
I'm trying to get into my Router Account to get to the genie parental controls, but it says "invalid username or password", i've tried everything, loging in with admin-admin, admin-password, etc... but nothing works! Can anyone help?
Router model is ac 1900 c7100v

If you cant login in you will have to factory reset the router by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then it will be admin-password.

I try to reset the password and when I do I only get Chinese characters with no way to change the language. What can I do - I don’t want to reset everything again.
