Slow upload speeds on my CM1000v2

I have been averaging upload speeds between 0.5-5 Mbps. Download speeds are great, averaging 780-800mbps with Cox's Gigablast plan. I am currently using a CM1000v2 moden with a Nighthawk R6900P router. Cox said there are no outages in my area anymopre and the problem is on my end. See attached for event log. Power levels have seemed to be acceptable for downstream and upstream. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, I have been dealing with this issue for over a month.
