Super slow download & upload VPN

Question

I have a Netgear AX2700 WI-FI CABLE MODEM.

Suddenly the upload and download speeds are insanely low with the VPN. I expect them to be lower when using the APN but not this low. This is insane. It's never happened before. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?Additional information would be very helpful.&nbsp;What is the actual model number of your cable modem/router?&nbsp; AX2700 is not a model number.&nbsp; Look on the nameplate on the back of the device.&nbsp;Who is your ISP?&nbsp;Have you enabled IPv6 in your configuration settings?&nbsp;Are you using the default domain name servers (DNS) from your iSP?

I appreciate your response..If you have not configured anything specific, then you are using the Xfinity default DNS.&nbsp;Log in to the router configuration page and go to the Advanced tab.&nbsp; One of the labeled sections on the left is IPv6.&nbsp; In the IPv6 section, check the box to enable IPv6 and the type should be DHCP.&nbsp; Reboot the gateway.&nbsp;From the outside, when you are connected back to your router via the VPN, how are you testing your throughput and what device are you connected with?&nbsp; On this device, what version of the OpenVPN application are your running?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
