upstream LED light for C6300

I bought this modem router about 1 month and it worked fine

then i realized that upstream light on the front pannel is "RED" what i remember was green 

so i looked it up for user manual for it and it said green light is normal state and I don't know where is this red light came from 

 

is there anyone having same issue with me? 

or is it fine with red light on? 

 

fyi.  the internet works fine.

    Hello Dongkim

     

    You will want to contact your ISP have them check on the modem as it means only 1 upstream channel is locked. i would just have them run some tests on your connection make sure it is fine.

      Hi thank you for your reply 

      I called to my ISP which is Comcast

      they were trying to lock onther channel or so 

      but they couldn't be able to connet to the router 

      so that they suggested me to contact Netgear again 

      internet still works but the LED light is still "RED"
