"US profile assignment change. " and "DBC-REQ Mismatch" in modem event log
Every once in a while I'll get a massive lag spike that I can plainly see happen because I am running PingPlotter while playing a game to monitor my connection. Since I don't know what is causing it I went to look at the modem log to see if there was anything noticeable and I saw these warning show up.
I want to know what is causing the problem and how they can be fixed. And if it is not something on my end I need to know exactly how to explain it to my ISP so they know EXACTLY what to look at to fix it on their end because whatever support person I talk to likely won't have any idea what I'm talking about if I show them this information.
I have attached a screenshot showing the modem log.
My second question would be is there any other way to monitor my connection to see what could cause any other ping spikes? Like if I can see it happen on PingPlotter I'd like to know what made it do it to begin with.
