using AC1900 for Xfinity

I currently rent the Arris TG862G from Comcast Xfinity.  I wanted to stop by $10 per month and upgrade the speed, so I purchased the Netgear AC1900.  When I brought it home, I noticed that there was not a phone port.  Do I need some kind of adaptor to be able to use this with Comcast Voice too?

    Hello kjmaje

    You have to use Comcast modem in order to use the phone service so you may have to have both modems. sometimes they will not charge the rental fee if you just use there phone service on the modem you will have to check with them.
