Wifi trouble with modem AC1220 - model C6220
My family’s modem ran into a sudden disruption in connecting to the internet. Our internet service cannot connect to the modem and I restarted the modem many times (perhaps 6 times) and there is still a problem! I’m not sure if this modem is outdated though I really doubt it. There is also no outages in my area.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Troubleshooting.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Thank you for reaching out. When you say restarted the modem did you mean turn off the modem and turn it back on or press the reset button using a paper clip or pin? Can you still access the modem's configuration page? What is the current LED behavior of the modem? Please DM us the serial number of the modem.
