Xfinity Gigabit not working CM1000 - only getting around 90 Mbps down
Hello!
Was hoping I could get someone to check out the screenshot attached and give me some pointers. I am currently troubleshooting an issue where I did have gigabit internet from XFinity back when I got my service installed last year (at least hitting 750 Mbps down, if not higher back then), but now it seems like anytime I do a speed test to the cable modem itself, I'm hitting at most 95 Mbps down.
I have an IT background and know networking. I have worked on all sorts of Direct TV systems in the past, so I kind of understand what I'm reading in this window, but everything I'm seeing on the CM1000 logs looks good in my mind, except for possibly the Downstream ODFM Channels. Again though, I could've easily overlooked something.
Firmware is up to date from what I've read. I just feel like XFinity capped me at 100 Mbps down somehow, but can't tell me what they did to cause this.
Any thoughts/ideas of what could be causing this issue is much appreciated!

Your cable connections look good.
The fact that you put 95mbps make me think the router is negotiating a 10/100 mbps connection and not gigabit.
what router do you have?
What pc are you testing on? is it gigabit?
are you going through the router or trying directly connected to the modem?

What speeds are you getting with a wired PC connected at the modem. No wifi router in between?
Be sure your PCs wired ethernet adapter is connecting at 1000Mpbs and not 100Mbps.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the modem is provisioned by the ISP correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
