Connect netgear pl1010 with other brands? Power line compatibility
I have a netgear pair of 1000 mbs power line adapter, I was recently gifted a pair of tp link 500 powerline adapters so how can I sync the two? I know both use homeplug 1 and tge lower mbs per sec wil...
It will be something like this:

They all use the same sort of push-button trick.
Remember, the 500s are slower than the 1000s, especially their LAN ports, 1000 Mbps versus 1000 Mbps. Adding the TP-Link devices could slow things down, but you may not notice.
