Firmware update incomplete XAV5602

Hi,

I have been trying to upgrade my Powerline XAV5602 to the latest software (3.0.6) and it got stuck in the middle of the upgrade. After 2 hours I had to disconnect (despite the fact it was clearly saying I should not).
Now the adapter is useless:
- No light at all
- upgrade tool no longer recognize the adapter
- Factory reset has no impact

Is it recoverable by any mean? Can I force a firmwre through a tool like tftp2?

    I would suggest to contact support if you still have a hardware warranty for replacement.

        You may need to purchase a new one as the device is no longer working.
