PL1000v2 suddenly stopped working

My PowerLINE 1000 stopped working for my laptop the other day. The adapters are each plugged straight into the wall in the same room. Both the Power LED and the Ethernet LED are green lit but the Pick A Plug LED is off on the adapter that plugs into my laptop. I tried factory reseting both of the adapters and there's been no change. I tried plugging in another computer and the new device connected straight to the internet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    If that means that you swapped out the offending laptop and connected a different PC, then that suggests that it is the laptop that is where the problem lies. Have you tried connecting it to something else?
