PLP 1200 not working on PC

I have just had this issue with my new PLP1200 I bought a month ago. The lower led (Pick A Plug LED) varies from On to Green but doesn't let my PC connect via ethernet. I have the other Adapter set at the Modem and this other one connected to my PC. I have tried Factory Reset, many many IpConfig solutions I have found online, but none seems to have worked.

The problem solver does nothing (as always) and it still says Unidentified Network - No Internet Access

    Do you know that the PC's LAN socket is working and properly configured?

     

    Do you have the right drivers for your PC's LAN?

     

    If you can plug the PC directly into the router and its works you should be OK.

     

    If this is a Windows PC, have you run the troubleshooting wizard for the network?
