Power line 1200 not connecting
I'm having problems getting my powerline adapters to connect. The adapter plugged into my router has all three LED lights are lit when I plug The second adapter into any outlet in my house I cannot get it to form a network I have plugged it in to outlets in the same room, in separate rooms, and outlets right next to one another. Neither seems to work
All of the outlets in my house all on the same circuit. I have looked at all of the breakers in my box and all of them are the type of breakers that should allow the powerlines adapter to transmit Internet signal's. I cannot figure out why they are not watching.
Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try? I have reset both adapters multiple times. That did not solve the problem.

Will the second adapter fit in the same duplex receptacle as the first adapter?

What do the lights look like on the second plug?
Which plugs are these? With or without wifi?
Have you reset the plugs?
The manual for some of these plugs is at the end of this link:
>>> PLP1200 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
Are you adding plugs to an existing network?If so, read this:

Thank you for your response but it was100% OE. I didn't realize that the recieving unit needed to hvee a network cable and device plugged in before all three lights woujld light up. I noticed it after I unplugged the sending unit and saw that one of the lights on the recieving unit went out. At that point I realized that it must have been gettign a signal.
Ooops.

If the receiving end is a wifi plug, then you do not need a cable connection.
