Powerline AV5001 not showing on the Netgear utility(sam)
I reset the powerline Av500 to factory setting then installed the powerline utility v2.0.0.8 on my new pc. when I ran the utilty application,it found the device but says "unknown" with the lock icon locked so i can't set it up or change anything. All the light is running correctly on the adapter.

1. What is the exact model number of your adapter?
2. What is the OS of your computer?
3. Can you try to use a different computer?
I tested with two different computers. one with window 10 and the screenshot came from window 7.

I am having the exact same issue - I recently changed my modem/router to the Netgear Nighthawk X4S - my PL1200 adapters are working but I get the same un-named tag on the Netgear Powerline utility (v 3.1.0.4).
