Virgin Media Fibre Superhub 2 + NETGEAR XWN5001
I have VM fibreoptic thru a Superhub2 (router) but also a 22m (70-odd ft) long apartment. The hub has to be at one end, my office is at the other.
I just bought NETGEAR's Powerline access point and adapter set up in a line split fairly equally as router - access point - adapter - me.
I have wifi from the router to the access point (wiring is too messy) and wifi to the adapter and kids rooms, but my office is wired from access point.
Question: shouldn't we all be connecting to NETGEAR - not the VM router? Isn't that the point?
Cos I can't. It'll only connect wired or wifi to VM...2G or 5G.

Hi abl,
My apologies but I am quiet confused with your connection setup. Is the access point the XWN5001? If yes, how is it connected to the router via wireless since the device needs to have an adapter connected wired to the router? Can you provide a diagram of your setup?
