XAV5421 Problem

Hi,

I bought several and they XAV5421 It Works fine for a certain time. After a time of a powerline began to no longer function on an IP in particular my LAN. Even after reset nothing works. So I decided to buy more to see if the first was not defective. Still the same problem after a certain time a particular IP is blocked.

I tried to seek technical assistance on your site but no serial numbers are recognized....

What can I do ? Is there a technique tip?

PS: Just to point out that I'm back to 200 powerline and they work very well, them ...

What are the IP addresses that are blocked when using the XAV5421?

Do you get the same IP addresses with the 200 powerline?

  For example 192.168.1.121 and it is a static ip (no DHCP) so it's the same with 200 powerline.

    When no connection with the XAV5421, can you still ping websites or even ping the default gateway?
