A6200 to R6300 speed problems

Hi everyone.

I do have an R6300 and an A6200 and I am facing the fillowing problem.
When I first connect (5G) I only get 144 mbps and after a few minutes the
speed increases to something around 270 mbps and there is stays ...
I discovered that if I reset the R6300 then I will connect at 144mbps and within 1-2 minutes the speed rises to 866 mbps and there it stays ...
I cannot figure out why I only have 866 mbps after R6300 reboot.
If anybody has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

    USB2.0 natively support only upto 480Mbps so not sure that is right but in order to use full 802.11AC, it has to be used with USB3.0
