To uninstall, go to Start > Programs > NETGEAR A6210 > Uninstall NETGEAR A6210.
You're the 1st person in about a month that's had a problem. Netgear sent me a trial version that appears(?) to be what is available online! That worked \"FLAWLESSLY\"!
If all else fails and you did or will uninstall \"ALL\" instances of A6210 BEFORE reinstalling it and still encounter problems, go to the post directly above. I'll post it so that when you read my reply it's right there! I KNOW it works as both koidave and myself have verified it. We BOTH had the same problem as you and his post WORKS!! In all but a very, very few \"it has worked\"!!

Evidently Netgear still hasn't resolved the problem 100% as of yet!! I thought by now they would have pushed a \"Update Now\" sort of update? This is a PR nightmare!!
Not to sound snotty, but what update?? Did you yourself search for an update or did Genie tell you there was an update?? My problem started with an brand new/ out of box experience. Did you follow ALL the instructions. To properly install adapter software, please remove drivers that were previously installed. Netgear reccommends this!!
