Invalid Serial Number

Question

I've been trying to contact support but whenever it asks to put the serial number in and give the purchase date it gives me "Invalid Serial Number". I have tried replacing the 0 with an o and such but it still will not let me contact support :\

I've noticed that when inputting the SN for their products, it's CAP sensitive. So, of you haven't tried already, redo it but with all lettere capitalized.
