N-3100 Error Message
When installing Wireless adapter, I get an error message (Sup Tools) (0x00000057) Is there another driver to install that I am able to put on a CD & install on my PC? or am I doing something wrong.

No dice James. still getting same error message (error (0x000000557) Pretty much as this point my patience have run out for this product, I need to return & maybe get something a little better.

Try to install it on a different computer and check if the same issue.
Actually I got rid of it. One I was not told that wireless adapter does not work on windows 8.1 but it does work on windows 10. I will not be buying any product from Netgear EVER again. Thanks bud
