WNA3100 Windows 7 Not Recognized after reboot

Device is not recognized after shutdown and reboot until I remove device and then plug it back it.

What could cause this. Never was an issue until about 2 months ago.

Now, everytime I reboot, I have to go through the aggravation of unplugging and replugging back in to connect to the internet.

    Hi WhataPain,

You may try disabling the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

    1. Go to Device manager.

    2. Look for the WNA3100 and right click then properties.

    3. Click Power management tab.

    4. Uncheck the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.

    Regards,

Apologies for the late reply. Thought I had already responded to this message. Unfortunately, the suggestion did not solve my problem. All recommended tick box selections had already been selected.

        Hi WhataPain,

You mean you have  unchecked those boxes, am I correct? If yes and still the same problem, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the adapter?

        Regards,
