wnce4004 with TG1682G issues
My signal strength is at 100% but my wnce4004 refuses to connect while other devices have no problem. After inputing my passkey my wnce4004 tells me "move your device closer to your router or gateway". Is there a solution to this or is this a bug tha must be fix with a firmware update?

Hi LoneWolf12,
Welcome to Community!
Can you provide the current firmware version of the adapter? Check if MAC filtering is disabled on your router. It will block new device connecting to your network.

Of course my wnce4004 is at "V1.0.0.32." My TG1682G has no disable option under mac filter but it is set to "Allow-All".
The "allow-all" feature does the following:
Allow-All(default):All wireless client stations can connect to the Gateway; no Mac filtering rules.

Can you install the WNCE4004 close to th main router. Try to install it about 5 feet away from the router. If the same problem, reset the adapter to factory default.
