90 day customer service

i bought the product on 3rd May 2018 and it says my 90 day free perid has passed.  Also the reason I need to speak to someone is my wifi from the extender keeps dropping.  I have the latest firmware.

    1. Please indicate the exact firmware version of the device.

    2. Have you tried doing a factory reset?

    3. Does the issue persist on all your devices?

    4. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?

      see above.  i have tried the other things you mention.  Also would you know why it says my 90 day period for free telephone support has expired? I only bought the extender in May 2018
