Can I update firmware for EX2700 without using a laptop?

Hi there,
I've had a EX2700 N300 Wifi Range Extender for some time and it's been working fine.
It's situated upstairs in my room and the main router is downstairs in the living room.
Suddenly my devices cannot access the internet through it.
All the lights are green indicating it's connected to the router and devices but the download speeds I'm getting are between 0.01-0.20mbps and uploads are 0.00-0.01 so I'm not able to do anything online upstairs at the moment.
I haven't updated to firmware, to see if that helps, as I don't have a laptop to download it onto.
Do you know of another way I can update its firmware or anything else you can suggest I try to get the usage back?
Kind regards,
Gary Crockford.

If you can not access the gui of the extender over wireless then you would need a PC connected via Ethernet. You could try to power cycle the unit see if anything improves or move it to the same room as the router and see if you can access it then.

      Thank you for the reply.
I did a factory reset then switched off for a day. It's working now.
