I hear ya! I've had emails and phone calls from Netgear since posting a ticket to them in 21st June and still haven't got a fix out of them yet. They have replaced the 2500 and I have asked if they will replace the 3700 but no reply.
5 Months is not an acceptable time to be stuck with this problem. This is going to be the last time I buy a Netgear Product.
