Connect Netgear 6100 Extender to PACE modem/router

Question

I have configured the EX6100 to the WiFi provided by my local cable company with the required security. Then, I connected to the extended SSID using the provided password. Connection was successful, but when I tried to access a web page, either nothing happens or the page cannot be found. &nbsp;Any suggestions? &nbsp;Thanx, CCDB&nbsp;

Is you device getting a IP address when connected to the extender?

Hi DarrenM,Yes, when connected to the extender I have IP address 192.168.1.128. &nbsp;Security is WPA2 PSK. &nbsp;My PACE modem/router has Router/Gateway Address 192.168.1.254 and&nbsp;authentication type WPA2-PSK (AES). &nbsp;Thanx, &nbsp; CCDB &nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you tried to factory reset the device and try setup again? Also make sure the extender is on the latest firmware.
