Connected but no internet access
Hello,
I use a model EX6100v2. I have 2 network names with it, but my TV only recognizes one. And even though it says "connected" there is no internet access. I have tried every single troubleshooting method I can find. Help!
P. S. My cell phone is connected to the network that my TV cannot seem to find. The one it CAN find also does not work on my cell phone. Same issue, too. Connected but no access. :(

Have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then try to set up the extender again by connecting it to the router?

- AEliza81AspirantYes, I did the reset, and every single troubleshooting process I could find. The 2G network is there, but it just has NO internet access and from looking at it, you can't tell anything is wrong. "It" thinks it's working just fine. And now the 5G network is starting to do the same thing. I think I bought a bad product. Will have to replace it but NOT with Netgear. I'm really disappointed in it. Thanks for the reply....

Mine does the same thing. Also, my I-Phoe 7+ connects through it to the internet, but my wife's old Samsung does not. New TV connects, but Dell XPS computer with Windows 7 does not. I guess if Netgear knew the answer they would tell us.
