    Ok, in this case, you want to use client mode.  You will want to follow the instructions starting from page 4-9 in the manual.

     

    There's a pretty big caveat mentioned on page 2-13 that only WEP security can be used while in any bridge mode.  This will require you to use WEP security on the Linksys.  As you may or may not know, WEP security is trivial to crack.  IOW, WEP is nearly tantamount to no security.

     

    Personally, I would recommend that you retire the WG602 and buy a new wireless extender.  The WG602 is an old 802.11g router.  In ideal conditions, wireless throughput will be at best 21 Mbps or so for wired clients and will drop off significantly with distance.
