Connecting to Verizon Router

Just an added note here. I can connect my laptop to the _2GEXT network but it does not connect to the internet and it does not allow me access to the extender in any way what so ever.
Very frustrated. This unit worked without problems on other networks, which makes it even more difficult to understand.
Any help would be very welcome.
