Device connected, all lights solid green. Yet, cannot connect to the internet on my device?
Hi, I recently bought the; NETGEAR 11AC 1200 Mbps (300 Mbps + 900 Mbps) Dual Band Wi-Fi Range Extender with External Antennas (Wi-Fi Booster) (EX6120-100UKS) off Amazon due to the reviews.
I set it up correctly, had all the lights on it solid green.
It was showing up on my iphones wifi list and said it was connected to it, but when I tried to access the internet it wouldn't do it and just constantly said connecting but no further.
If anyone has any idea why or a solution before I get a refund for it, that would be extremely appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello Charliewoggy
Have you tried to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try to set up the extender again.
